Dana is the heart of our studio—studio owner, lead instructor, and the driving force behind everything we do. With a lifelong passion for dance and a deep commitment to her students, Dana teaches a wide range of classes for dancers ages 2 and up, sharing her love for movement, discipline, and creativity with every generation that walks through our doors.

Known for her high standards and heartfelt dedication, Dana leads the charge in producing our unforgettable end-of-year recital—an event that showcases the talent, hard work, and growth of every dancer in the studio. From choreography to class planning to mentoring her staff, Dana does it all with grace, energy, and an unshakable love for the art of dance.

Simply put, Dana makes the magic happen.

Shea is an essential part of our administrative team, known for her attention to detail, reliability, and behind-the-scenes support that keeps our studio running smoothly. As our Operations Coordinator,  Shea manages family accounts, tuition and billing, student records, and office communications while serving as a trusted resource for parents and faculty throughout the season. 

In addition, Shea coordinates recital logistics, oversees the production of the annual recital, and provides essential backstage support to help ensure our performances run seamlessly. She also helps create our recital book--a keepsake that beautifully captures the memories of each season.

Shea’s organizational skills and dedication make her a vital link between our staff, students, and families—helping maintain a professional, well-run studio environment where dancers can thrive.

Courtney is a dedicated member of our dance faculty who is one of the first points of contact for our dance families. She helps keep our studio organized by managing student rosters, assisting with class enrollment, maintaining accurate records, and communicating important updates with parents. 

Whether answering questions, helping families find the right class, or ensuring schedules and information stay up to date, she works behind the scenes to create a smooth and welcoming experience for every student. Her dedication to organization and exceptional customer service helps our dancers and families feel informed, supported, and part of our studio community.

From first introductions to year-end celebrations, Courtney is a constant source of support, energy, and positivity. Her attention to detail and commitment to communication help create a smooth, memorable experience for dancers and their families throughout the season.

Ashley helps bring our studio community together through fundraising initiatives and special events throughout the dance season. She manages fundraising campaigns, coordinates the sale of commemorative merchandise, and supports event logistics to ensure a seamless experience for our dance families. By working closely with faculty and and parents, she helps strengthen community engagement while supporting the studio's programs and annual performances. 

Ashely's organization, professionalism, and commitment to excellence contribute to the continued success of our studio and the experiences we provide for every dancer. 

Josh is a dynamic and inspiring instructor who works with our pre-teen and teen dancers, leading their combo classes and choreographing powerful opening and production numbers for our annual recital.

He’s known for bringing out attitude, confidence, and strong stage presence in his students. With a passion for performance and a fresh approach to movement, Josh introduces a variety of dance styles to the studio, helping dancers expand their skills and grow as versatile performers.

Encouraging, energetic, and always pushing for excellence, Josh plays a key role in challenging and uplifting our dancers each season.

Kirsten brings energy, creativity, and serious groove to the studio as our hip hop teacher for the mini, intermediate, and senior levels. Her classes are known for their upbeat vibe, fresh choreography, and the confidence she brings out in each dancer—no matter their age or experience level.

From teaching our youngest minis the foundations of hip hop to pushing our senior dancers with advanced combos and sharp technique, Kirsten knows how to connect with every student and keep the room moving.

Kirsten’s passion for hip hop and her ability to inspire makes her an unforgettable part of our dance family.

Emma is a proud graduate of our studio and is excited to begin her teaching journey as a Mini Ballet Instructor. Having grown up in our program, she understands the importance of creating a positive, encouraging environment where young dancers can build confidence, develop a love for dance, and establish a strong technical foundation. 

Emma is passionate about sharing her enthusiasm for ballet with our youngest students and is committed to making each class engaging, nurturing, and fun. She is honored to give back to the studio that helped shape her as a dancer and looks forward to inspiring the next generation of young artists.
